INNOVATION & TECHNOLOGY
We live in very exciting times in regards to innovation in Architecture & Design. Here at ZenArch we are always ahead of the curve, by pushing the envelope in Architecture & Design. The induction of technology of 3D, VR (Virtual Reality) and Drone 3d Mapping in our projects, gives us the edge, in helping our clients visualizing their dreams. By using these latest innovation in Architectural software, we help our clients to sell their Vision & Projects more efficiently. 3D visualization not only is a potential tool for visualization but also for resolving issues in the Construction Drawings itself, saving all stake holders time and money.
Here at ZenArch, we do not charge for these services, since they are embedded in our normal design process.
By using these BIM technology(Building Information Modeling), we can execute projects up to 10 times faster and with high accuracy compared to the old 2D CAD practices.
Our Design Philosophy
Form and function should be one, joined in a spiritual union. Harmony.
Principles
Our Principles are based on the ideology of Innovation and driven by the pursuit of Quality.
Strategy
The quality of a project is not necessarily related to how much it costs  but rather how wisely resources (time and money) are spent. Standards are set through an attitude to defining goals and honoring commitments.
We design buildings that enrich people's lives, places that appeal as fully to the spirit as to the intellect.
